| 0:52.2 | of work and none of that's going to work out anyway. Goals and I have had a complicated relationship. For many years, I lived and died by my goals. |
| 1:02.4 | And if I met their outcomes. And then I stepped away from goalmaking in any form for almost a decade. |

| 1:12.9 | for me as something I have to work through and do so very gently. I share that all because I know |
| 1:20.0 | making goals and resolutions is not for everybody. Or sometimes you've had a particularly hard year. |

| 1:30.1 | prioritizing what you want and need out of your life. That was the case for me now 10 years ago, |
| 1:35.5 | when instead of making a goals and resolutions list, I made a different kind of list, |
| 1:41.1 | one that was not about outcomes, instead it was about figuring out who I was. |
| 1:46.8 | That list is now known as the do something list in this community. It's a way for us to do something, |
| 1:52.9 | not all, not nothing, in ways that help us explore who we are, what we like, what we don't like, |
| 1:59.3 | what we're interested in, what kind of hobbies we |
| 2:01.5 | want, how we want to spend our time, and so much more. My first list was 30 things I wanted to do |
