You likely heard by now, thanks to all of the promoting and episodes I did on this,

that 2024 was the best summer ever.

It was such a contrast to other prior summers, especially 2023, largely thanks to the increase of intention and a little bit of prep work going into the summer. And I was truly so grateful for the memories made

and the feelings that summer created for myself and for my family that I wanted to pass that

all on to you. So I took what I learned and I turned it

into a workshop that I taught to our community at the end of May, calling it the best summer ever

workshop. Like the participants of that workshop, I moved through the material and did the prep work

myself for me and my family. And I included

my family in on that too. We created the feelings we wanted. We made a summer bucket list.

We went through the new routines and our intentions for the summer. And we all ventured forth

into the summer with very high hopes. So now, obviously, summer is done. My kids, three of them started school this week and

the next week or so. So I can officially tell you how the summer went. Was it the best summer ever

again? The truth is, it was a good summer, but not a great one. There were a lot more frustrations,

stress, and even disappointments this summer. And here I am complaining about having a good summer

when there's so much going on in the world, so much sadness, death, starvation. I know,
