Hi, I'm Monica Packer, and you're listening to How Do You, a monthly series where I interview

real women from our community on how they're making progress in their

own hobbies, passions, and pursuits. A little while back I did a post on

Instagram sharing about some of the things I regret not doing and invited you to share

some of yours too and this was all part of a reframe of regret but that's a whole other

discussion and whenever I asked something like this a large number of women respond that they wish they had gone on to graduate school or finished their undergrad degree.

Now with that spirit in mind, I wanted to share this interview I did with Holly who had long

wanted to expand her graduate degrees and go get her MBA. Now this was already an

ambitious thing to do but to tack this on to the fact that she was already a working professional as a pharmacist and a mom of young kids, it was even more of this like, oh, juggling many, many balls and trying to figure out how to make it happen,

but she did and in ways that were really an outlet for her during an otherwise really difficult time. So as you listen to Holly I hope you can do so with a mind of

possibility and to think about well how can I too make something work for me and my family whether it's going

after the graduate degree or undergrad degree that I really wanted or still taking on

some other forms of learning in the area that I am really fascinated in

because sometimes even with the best intentions we aren't able to be in a season of going back to school.

So I just want you to listen with that open-mindedness,

that it's not just about doing it the exact same way

that Holly did, although if this inspires you to do that
