So today, I thought we could talk about our most basic tips to break through exercise barriers.

Love that. Why did you choose that topic? Well, you recently reached a coaching call that was kind of a deep dive into this topic and it's not the first time that you've helped someone with that. If people were to search back, I know there's a few episodes.

And then you brought it to Instagram and we're kind of talking about it and the conversations there

have been so eye-oping and you specifically asked what are some of the

barriers that women are facing and there's just so many like if anyone feels like

exercises a struggle they are clearly not alone and this is a complex

topic there's a lot of layers as to why or how someone exercises or doesn't.
