I have always struggled with sleep since I was a little kid. I have prioritized doing things over getting to bed from reading to

evidence right in front of my face. Literally. We got our family pictures taken by a dear friend and brilliant photographers.

She had taken her pictures the year before and they were so lovely.

And when we got our pictures back this time, I just could not get over how much older I looked than the year before.

It was such a stark contrast that nobody could deny it when I showed them my faces side to side but just a year apart with those two family photos.
