| 0:49.0 | And at that time, I bought a really expensive planner called the Power Sheets and they're just for goals and for the year and you break them down in the month. |

| 0:58.0 | And it was a big investment for me to put that out there. |

| 1:05.8 | until mid-March that year. Last year I was proud of myself because I finished my |

| 1:14.4 | So to now be mid-March, mid-January, this year, I'm like, okay, good, I'm making progress, and it feels good. |

| 1:49.1 | And that led to a massive burnout in many ways and all areas of my life in fact a big burnout and then a big breakup with goals for years because I went to the other side of perfectionism and I was too terrified to make goals again and just fall flat |
