Now, how many practices have you purchased over the years?

We've purchased this department of 21 practices.

Well, Paul, would it be safe to say that when you buy a practice

that you have to get all the employees to all row in the same direction?

Isn't that the tough part to get all the new employees to do things the hood way?

Yeah.

So we have to change their loyalty, change their processes, and get them to buy in.

Because anything with two heads is a monster.

And a house divided cannot stand.

Again, the big key here, folks, if you want to take your business to the next level,

you've got to get everybody rowing in the same direction.

And Paul, a lot of people want to buy other accounting firms and merge them together,

but you've done it how many times again now?
