Well, I'll be honest, today I had a whole plan for our weekly anything but politics segment.

This is where we take a deep breath, take a break from the politics that is so pervasive in our news.

And I was going to take a little time to talk about Mother's Day.

And as per usual, as a mother, I one ran out of time and two was interrupted by somebody. And that somebody is a new

first time in the 2000-year history of the Catholic Church. So I don't want to ignore that.

And there's going to be a lot of people that are going to be talking about Cardinal Robert

Provost, who is now Pope Leo,

and perhaps some about his past, how this may apply to policies in the future of the church.

We're going to get a lot of analysis on that. I found myself thinking about the Pope in this way.

I thought to myself, you know what? The Pope would not exist without his mother.
