What makes you anxious? Money? Relationships? Success or failure? Your health? Everyone has a different trigger, but more than likely they are rooted in fear and worry. And even more so, those fears come from past experiences. Losing your job in the past could lead to you being anxious about job security every day. In today’s episode I’m going to share 5 psychologically based exercises to help you better understand and process your anxiety. These exercises may not be suited for serious mental health issues such as PTSD, and this podcast should not be a substitute or replacement for professional help. They are simply techniques I’ve seen work in the personal development landscape that are backed by scientific research.
