You are safe. anxiety is a very common thing.

It can feel so overpowering or overwhelming.

But I assure you, there is nothing dangerous to it. It's just a feeling or a sensation. Focus on your breath. in and out. Let everything else go. When we are in a moment that we label as bad thing.

A failure or a disaster.

We are so enmeshed at the moment.

And when we are enmeshed, everything seems so big or overwhelming.

But in time, with distance, if you look back at it, it doesn't seem so big anymore. So in a moment of crisis, uncertainty or anxiety, you may need some perspective to understand and to see things in a different way.
