| 3:19.0 | But I assure you, there is nothing dangerous to it. It's just a feeling or a sensation. Focus on your breath. in and out. Let everything else go. When we are in a moment that we label as bad thing. |

| 4:10.0 | We are so enmeshed at the moment. |
| 4:15.0 | And when we are enmeshed, everything seems so big or overwhelming. |
| 4:25.0 | But in time, with distance, if you look back at it, it doesn't seem so big anymore. So in a moment of crisis, uncertainty or anxiety, you may need some perspective to understand and to see things in a different way. |
