Hey everyone. This is Dorenda. Welcome to the podcast. This week's podcast is on anxiety and technology. I am

extra excited. I always say I'm excited, but I'm extra excited today because this is a struggle for most of us to try to figure out how do we steward technology in our lives as wives, moms. There's already so much going on in our lives, and this is just another thing to manage. And so I'm hoping that today we will be able to unpack this in a really practical and common sense way that

will give you tools to help you understand how God wants to steward, wants you to steward

this area of your life. So today I have my daughter with me joining me. Most of you know that we have eight kids,

and Jenna is our second child. She is the second girl, and she is just a whole lot of fun.

Jenna is married to Sam. She has a little girl who's almost three named Abby.

Avonlea is her full name from the series, Anne of Green Gables, named after that cute little town there in that movie series called Road to Avonlea.

So that is her name.

And I love that name.

When she picked that name, I said that is so perfect.

But we call her Abby and she is just about three kids in one.

She is a whole lot of fun.

She's a spitfire and smart.

Oh my goodness.

And I'm not saying that just because I'm the Nana.

I'm telling you, this kid is smart as a whip.

So before I introduce you to Jenna, I just want to let you guys know

if you haven't listened before. I just told you I've got eight kids. My husband and I have been

married for 28 years and we have four grandkids and we are busy, busy, busy having a whole lot

of fun. We've been homeschooling over 20 years,

and so Jenna is a homeschool graduate, and so I'm sure she'll have some interesting little comments

to make along the way. It's always fun to see how your adult children look back on their years
