Anti-Semitism was already growing there, but after October 7th and the Hamas attacks on

Israel, it seems to be flourishing there and in academia and in the

classroom and even in some corners of our government.

as always. Thank you. You have written many books, and we have discussed many times Islam as

your primary subject and your critique thereof, what drew you to the subject of

anti-Semitism?

After October 7th, I had some good friends who suddenly started to spout anti-Semitic

myths and falsehoods that I thought were long dead and buried and been kind of alarmed at the rapid

spread and mainstreaming of anti-Semitism among the whole political spectrum. The left is leading it,
