Chrissy Chrissy it's been so long since we've done a podcast together.

Lauren, I'm so excited to be here the last time, last slash, I think first time I saw you was in Phoenix

for the Turning point AM Fest.

Yeah.

That was that was a thrill.

I had there I ended up being sick the whole time.

That was kind of a kind of a bus on you you know, like work-wise,

but it was great to see you and Ryan Kinnell's also there.

Yeah, that was great.

Yeah, you sick is still like more stunning

than most of us on our best day.

You're like, I'm under the weather, like checking into the hotel,

no makeup and you're still like,

agh.

And actually speaking of that, I apologize if my voice is scratchy or if I'm like blowing my nose through a stream. I am once again sick. I feel like, so I was sick, got a little bit better, sick again.

I was traveling with a toddler and I feel like when you do that

as your immune system becomes like one of those bubble boys.

It's like all of the pathogens in my mouth.

I imagine it's just constant hands licking

and going against surfaces and then going into your mouth.
