Good friend of mine has been trying to do it for over a decade now. We'll talk to him about that coming up here at the bottom of the hour. We will do fake news or not next hour and we're going to do it the old fashion traditional way.

I've laid out a series of clips for Todd and Aaron to review and then decide whether they think those are fake news or not. And then there was some big pop culture news over the weekend.

Basically Kevin Feige and Marvel said no moss and tapped out completely just tapped out from where whatever the hell has been going on here and whatever the hell they were doing, which was just very random and just checking representation boxes without a lot of compelling stories.

We'll get into that at least that's that's my read of the situation we'll find out of Todd and Aaron agree. We'll get into that here at the final segment of the show.

What happened while we were away brought to you by boys or girls and a recession is a booming economy.

You may have seen this but late last week, the White House released a blog post which attempted to redefine recession.

The first two sentences read what is a recession while some maintain that two consecutive quarters of falling real GDP constitute a recession.

That is neither the official definition nor the way economists evaluate the state of the business cycle and quit.

White House press secretary Karin Jean Pierre was asked about the matter.

Let me say this, you know, the strength of our labor market along with the other economic factors is what we generally see in a recession or even a pre a pre what is not what we generally see in a recession or even a pre recession because we're seeing the strength of the economy.

White House economic advisor Brian Deese was asked how he defines recession.

Right, and certainly that in terms of the technical definition, it's not a recession. The technical definition considers a much broader spectrum of data points.

But in practical terms, what matters to American people is whether they have a little economic breathing room, they have more job opportunities, their wages are going up.
