single track podcast. How we doing, bud? See you, then. Doing great. And, yeah, sometimes training

partner here in the Salt Lake area and excited to watch your race go down next week because I've had

somewhat of a behind-the-scenes look

at the work you've been putting together and I'd say it's pretty impressive. What are your thoughts?

Yeah, training's been going really well. Just consistent more than anything. And yeah, I'm just glad

I've been able to escape the snow for a few weekends here and there.

And kind of everything just been put together pretty well.

So pretty excited.

We were laughing on one of our recent runs because mutual friend,

Jimmy Elam made a comment on one of your runs back in January.

I think you were down in the Moab area.

You did like a pretty impressive 50K

run with like a workout in the middle of it. And it was on the same day that Bandera happened.
