And this is what I've been looking forward to doing this entire training camp.

Anthony Bradford's with us. Man, Anthony, it's great to have you. First of all, how you doing? Yes, sir. I appreciate you all for having me. I'm doing good. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, you know, it's kind of a big day, not just for you, but the big dog. I mean, I called you the big dog walking up here. Yeah. The GM gets extended for a few years. What do you think about the news?

That's awesome. We all love John out here. He's a great guy. He loves the team. He loves everybody in the

building. And that's good news to us. It's kind of, you know, kind of knew it was coming. Who else

would you want here? You know what I'm saying? Exactly. Well, it's good for him. And, you know,

people know about how players interact with coaches. But how does John show up? Like, how often do you get to see John? You see John almost every day. Either out here out on the field when we're practicing. You see him throughout the building saying, what's up to you? You might chop it up with you every once in a while, see him in a wait room. So he's, he's all around for sure. So the other day, you were walking off asking someone to toss a bottle of water you're done with, right? And I said, man, you look great. And you said, I'm on a mission. For sure. Why are you on a mission? what else is that to do you know what I'm saying but for me personally it's like my first two years

in the league wasn't really ideal for me knowing what type of player I am you know what I'm saying

so it's just like why not make this year for a mission to be completed you know what I'm saying

for myself personally so I feel good thank you for telling me I look good.

You know what I'm saying?

So I'm just trying to stay locked in and have one of the best seasons I have in the league.

Well, you know, honestly, I mean, to my eyes, you have come in and transformed a little bit.

Is this offseason different for you than past off seasons?

Just more tapped in mentally, you know what I'm saying? Just making sure I'm paying what's important first other than, you know what I'm saying, chilling time and off season, you know what I'm saying? So past off season, it was just like a lot of work, a lot of old line work. What a good dude. I know Juan, Castillo at Michigan, so I worked out with him over there over the summer.

And that was pretty good for me.

So just, yeah, just a little bit more locked in than the years before.

Well, I mean, I look at you and I see a guy that can be one of the most dominant run blockers in the league and definitely on the team.

Yes, sir.
