Amy here, and you are listening to The Fifth Thing, which is the Q&A episode for

0:14.5

The Four Things podcast, and I pull questions that you have emailed in.

The email is Four Things with Amy Brown at gmail.com,

0:21.8

just in case you're curious. Sometimes I get DMs from people saying they didn't know how to email

in. So I need to be better about making sure you all know that email address. It's just the name of the

0:31.9

podcast, For Things with Amy Brown at gmail.com. Before I get into the questions, I always do a quote. And my quote today is

0:42.8

going to be about gratitude because I've been going through. Mary and I keep an Excel doc that we work on

That's why we wanted to make an

1:27.5

easy journal. And we're super excited about coming up with the second one. But I was going through some of the

1:32.4

quotes today and thought I would share with you all one of the quotes we may put in the new journal.

1:40.5

I even got a DM today asking when the journals will be out. And I honestly do not know. Things got

1:47.9

delayed because of coronavirus. Then we were focusing on health care hero stuff because of that.

1:54.8

Then we were focusing on racial injustice stuff with the ally fund and be the change and all that.

2:02.1

And then we have a Pimp and Joy campaign that we're launching this week to build a home for a hero. So a lot going on,

2:08.6

but we still have the journal in the works. Just don't know when we will get that to you. And I guess

2:14.7

I should say since it is Tuesday when you're listening to this, if you're listening to this on Tuesday, or maybe it's Wednesday. On Wednesday at 9 a.m. Central
