It's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of our state.

And today that campaign claimed another life.

I've seen the videos from several angles, and it's sickening.

But I have a strong statement here for our federal, our federal government.

Minnesota's justice system will have the last word on this.

That's Minnesota Governor Tim Walls following Saturday's deadly shooting by a federal officer.

This is the second this month and we'll take you through that incident as the Trump administration is again

blaming the victim and blocking state and local investigators. The question here, why are they

freezing out everyone right now? Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., Democrats say they will not approve

money for the Department of Homeland Security in a package to fund the government in responding

to the shootings in Minnesota.

Question here, are we headed for another government shutdown?

Plus, millions of people are waking up to a lot of snow and ice.

After a massive storm moved across the southern

and eastern United States, the question is,

is the worst of it over, or is there more to come? It's way too early for this.

26. We'll start with the news. The Saturday's deadly shooting in Minneapolis, 37-year-old

Alex Preddy, killed by a federal agent after a heated confrontation between agents and protesters

who oppose the government's immigration enforcement crackdown there. The deadly incident is only further inflaming the tensions on the streets and calling

into question the Trump administration's tactics and justifications for using force on the

streets of U.S. cities.
