| 0:11.2 | The reason why is, well, I'm a gastrantrologist and I deal with a lot of peri rectal |
| 0:15.0 | conditions with my patients. Things like hemorrhoids, fissures, perianal disease like Crohn's disease. |

| 0:56.7 | And all those spasming muscles end up causing something called puriformis syndrome. |
