The jury is deliberating in Trump's hush money case in New York.

And yesterday morning, we were awoken, if you got up really late, to this tweet from Fox News as John Roberts, which says Judge Merchant, that's the judge presiding over this case.

Judge Merchant just told the jury they don't need unanimity to convict Donald Trump.

Four jurors could agree on one crime, four on a different

one, and the other four on another, he said he would treat the four-four-four decision as a

unanimous verdict. Oh my goodness, this is a kangaroo court, if I've ever heard of one. Even I got in

on the action. I posted the gift from The Dark Night Rises where Scarecrow is presiding over that kangaroo court in Gotham City.

And he says, sold to the man in the cold sweat. Just one moment, please.

What John Roberts there is describing is not a conviction, even though he said convict.

That was a very poorly worded tweet.
