We have to organize a social movement.

We have an opportunity to lead by example versus just talking,

hot air. I think the more people in this fight, the more we grow,

eventually you could change.

You know, the people are the ones that can make the change. You know, just out of curiosity, not necessarily related to, I mean, I guess, tangentially related to the books that you've written.

I'm just curious about your process as an author.

And I try to ask the authors that I talk to about this.

Do you come at it with a fully formulated idea?

Do you come at it with a kernel and you let that grow as you water it?

What's the process you go through?
