My name is Ann Orley and I'm an astrologer here in New York City.

Broadcasting from my bright red desk with the air conditioner blowing hard.

It'd be hot here in New York. Over 100 with the humidity.

I am truly appreciative of air conditioning.

I got up after a day on the phone talking to clients and went into the kitchen, which doesn't

have air conditioning, and it was like a little blast oven in there. So I appreciate air conditioning.

Thank you so much for inventing it, whoever invented it. I know it was in the 1960s,

and it's considered one of the major

inventions in the world because it allowed for the vast migration of folks to the warmer

parts of the world, the south, and, you know, the areas like Phoenix and stuff like that where

people didn't live. But I really appreciate it here in New York because it's hot out there.

So this is the weekly weather for the week of July 19th, 2015.
