As a modern audience we're still fascinated with Anne Berlin and therefore she's been written about by many.

How did you approach her story differently to previous accounts in your new book,

Thorne's Lust and Glory, The Betrayal of Anne Berlin?

Well, if you look at my research, I've always been interested in Angl G French relations so for me it just became quite obvious that it would be

something that would be eventually very interested in and so, so basically I just really wanted to know what happened with the French.

I also wanted to know what impact had the seven years in France had on Anne Berlin, like it have any impact I wanted to track down

where she was staying and it was very difficult to track down this but it was also lots of fun

and I didn't have all the answers I wanted and the other
