My daughter Annabelle is here.

And, you know, I'll be honest with you.

I recorded a podcast with my first daughter when she turned seven five years ago.

And longtime listeners might remember, I released it as like another episode, like a midweek episode

as like a separate little thing, you know, that I put out on her birthday.

And my younger daughter was made aware of the fact that Rosalind had been on this show a couple

years ago. And she said, well, dad, if Rosalind got to be on your show when she turned seven,

do I get to be on your show when I turned seven?

And I said, absolutely. Of course you do.

And so over the last few years since she became aware of this,

she has reminded me several times.

And then last month, when she turned this, she has reminded me several times. And then last month,

when she turned seven, she brought it up again. So I said, okay, well, we'll record a podcast, Annabelle, it'll be fun. And, you know, if you have children, maybe you've had this experience where every once in a while,
