Summary
19-year-old Angela Brooks and 17-year-old Nancy Cushman had become fast friends, growing incredibly close through 2010. While they both lived a few miles north (up in South Carolina), they had close ties to Augusta and its surrounding area.
The discovery of the teenage girls' bodies early on Thanksgiving morning prompted a widespread canvas and high-profile investigation, but public interest would quickly fade. Meanwhile, a suspicious young man - with personal ties to both victims and a checkered criminal history - would find himself at the center of this unfolding story...
