Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Two T's and a Pod with myself and Dolores as we were just sitting here talking about hair extensions.

Oh, yes. We were saying, you know, she got Sophia to take out her extensions.

Yes.

When they get to the point where they're hanging and, you know, we can't live without them once we've had them.

It's really, really hard because then you feel like not yourself.

Well, you kind of feel like, not frumpy. I never feel bald. I just feel like not.

You probably have a lot of hair. I don't have a lot of hair. I had way more hair before I started using hair extensions. And now I'm like, will it ever grow back? Because there is going to be a time. I'm not going to be

70 years old sitting in the chair getting hair extensions. There's going to be a time where we're going to

have to concede to that. I don't know when that'll happen. I think everybody has their own

time frame and their own age to do that when they're finally like, I see it I'm over it I'm comfortable with it

but I found that I was very against the sewing wefts forever yeah so was I I haven't lost one

piece of hair since I've been doing it did you do the individuals a gluing kind before? Before that I did. It was like disaster. Absolute disaster. I loved them, but let me tell you. The wafts will not break your hair. Yeah, the wefts, if they're put in correctly, will not less damaging and that's why I went to them. But my hair's thin hair. So if you have thin hair and you have weft, sometimes you got to worry about the track showing. So that was always my issue. That too. Yeah. Yeah. They've come a long way, though. They have the micro, my friend, Al, you know Al. Yeah. She is the master. Go to her. Ask her any questions. Anyway, she's one of my best friends. She's like a sister to me. But yeah, I'll attack her in this. Somebody was just saying, oh, it was, I call her my daughter-in-law, but she's not Sarah, Ava's mom. She was saying, you know, Elle. She was telling me that. She's friends with Sarah, yeah. With Sarah, yeah. Yeah, Elle is probably one of the best friends anybody I'll ever have. And she is a master at hair extensions and and wefts. I have a lot of questions for 2026. I want to do all the things. Well, then let's get Elle on. She's a need hair extensions. She teaches how to do it.

I mean, I think, you know, there should be times where the things that we talk about, we should have the

experts on that we go to share. I'm not a gatekeeper. Okay. I've been telling you that I've been going

down this rabbit hole of peptides. And I just sit there and listen to so many different people talk about them,

negative and positive.

Well, there's only one person to listen to.

And I'm taught NAD and CBD to the 157 and the this and that and glow and clow and

reditude tied.

I don't know. There's so many Pachshunds out there. Okay, get her on and tell I want to talk to her about this. Tell me when you want. When you want her? I got to get Botox. I got to get my hair in tomorrow. I'm just, I'm falling apart. It hurts, doesn't it? I need another facelift.
