1:26.5	So as we shift out of 2021 and into 2022, I know you've been
1:32.9	leading groups doing meditations and sound baths to really reflect on the time that was and the time that
1:41.1	will be and who we are within it. Can you share a little bit of the
1:46.3	thinking that you've been having? I imagine everyone that is listening has had some level of
1:52.7	being touched by the challenge and uncertainty that has been 2020 as well as 2021. I think in many ways, 2021 has been more challenging for many people just because we had
2:06.7	some sense that the global pandemic would be, we'd be finding our way to some kind of an end
2:13.8	to it.
2:14.8	And rather than just unknowing, not knowing and then thinking we know and then not
2:19.7	knowing again, which many people have said that not knowing is one of the most difficult
