I'd like to spend a little time with you today in the company of Andy Woods, author of the coming kingdom,

and a very necessary book entitled The Middle East Meltdown.

It features a new way of looking at what's going on in the Middle East.

Andy, welcome back to Prophecy Watch. It's great to be here. Thanks for having me.

I've really enjoyed talking with you on the programs that we've done. By the way, those will be coming out very soon.

And in private conversation, you and I have had some exchanges of ideas that I think

have given me a lot of insight into what's going on in the church today.

You know, Satan is doing its best to contaminate the church, to weaken it, to dissipate it, to weaken

the gospel message in general. And I think your book, The Coming Kingdom, is aimed right

at that proposition. Because if you understand what the Bible says about the kingdom, you

understand essentially the theme of the entire Bible,

right? Yeah, it's the more you grasp God's big picture of the kingdom, the more you have

the keys that are necessary to unlock the Bible. And as you unlock it, you have an explanation

of where we've come from, going all the way back to the book of Genesis, then you have an explanation of where we're going. And if you don't know

where we've come from and where we're going, how in the world would you know what's

to do in the present? In the interim. And Satan is doing everything he can to corrupt and

pollute the idea of the gospel, of the body of Christ, the

aims and goals of the body of Christ that the period during which we now live has certain

characteristics described in the Bible, but it's not going to be this way forever. And that's kind of what you're

talking about. We're really moving toward an entirely different era. Yeah, it's a realistic

view of the present. Let's be realists. Let's not be pessimists, but let's be realists.
