Absolutely, buddy. Yes. Andy has a mental performance coach to multi-millionaires world champions, TV and stage stars and even Saudi Arabian royalty.

Andy, I've given our listeners just a little overview. So take a minute. Tell us about you personally and then we'll dive in.

Yeah, absolutely. Thank you. Nice nice intro, by the way.

That's a great thing. You wrote it. I know exactly. Yeah, I'm originally from... Andy Murphy obviously originally from Liverpool in the UK.

And I've been away now over 12 years and built businesses and lived in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Bali and lots of California for the past six years.

And I'm right now sitting at for crazy coincidence. It's a blue sky in the UK. I'm visiting family right now. That's a rare thing.

Well, we are both looking at a blue sky, although here in San Diego, Andy, it is not that rare for obvious reasons. We get about 355 of these of the year.

But I will say that we had an incredibly loud rolling lightning and thunderstorm just yesterday, which is super rare. And it's just kind of cool to see how everything stops when we have any kind of pitter-patter of rain, especially being from Maine, where we are Mr. and Mrs. Inclimate weather there.

But here in San Diego, raindrop means stop. It does. I've seen it a few times. I as I say most of my time is in San Diego, but I've got six years. I love that place.

It's pretty historical. You get like four or five little raindrops and all of a sudden there's like gushes of waterfalls coming down the streets. And I'm like, what just happened? Where did this water come from? But it's just lack of drainage. But anyways, Andy, we're going to focus to the task at hand, which is going to be your journey as an entrepreneur.

We've done some incredibly cool things. And we're going to do a deep dive into all of that in oh, oh, so much more. But before we do, we always start with a success quote. So take it away.

Absolutely. Well, I've done the martial art since the age of nine. So this is definitely after my own heart to quote by Bruce Lee. And don't fear the man who practices one kick a thousand times, but fear the man who practices one kick a thousand times.

What I really like to do here, Andy is going to do a deep dive. Like how have you applied this mentality at any point in your life back when you were nine, 15, 25 now? How have you applied this mentality to your life?

I played it through everything and especially with my coach in and there's a lot of fluff out there. As you know, John, that's why you're podcasting successful.
