It is Tuesday and some potential thing to keep an eye on, some BFD to keep an eye on today.

Obviously, the big report about top Penns Aids testifying to a grand jury, Mark Schwart

and Greg Jacob, who was Penns chief of staff, Greg Jacob, who was his counsel.

As the New York Times notes, their testimony is the latest indication that the Justice

Department's criminal investigation into the events surrounding and preceding the January

6th riot is intensifying after weeks of growing questions about the urgency that

the Department has put on examining former President from potential criminal liability.

Meanwhile, Arizona's fake electors are also getting subpoenas, again, demonstrating the

breadth of the DOJ January 6th probe.

We have more evidence coming out from the January 6th committee, evidence that Trump altered

his post-capital riot speech that he actually crossed out lines directed at the rioters,

saying, I want to be very clear you do not represent me.

I took that out, also another portion crossed out by Trump Reads.

I am directing the Department of Justice to ensure that all law breakers are prosecuted.
