I'm very well, good afternoon.

Now, we've got an awful lot to get through today.

We've got a pack schedule, but before we start,

I was having a little look at my forward planning stuff yesterday and noticed that it is Sophie

Wessex's birthday tomorrow or today and then I suddenly thought hmm that rings a bell because you you might have mentioned it so is it your birthday tomorrow and when the podcast comes out Thursday today?

It might be well done.

Well happy birthday. Thank you very much and happy birthday to the Countess of Wessex no less.

Buzz Alden, I will share my birthday with. Gary Barlow, I'll take that fame is, you know, all the great and the good.

All the good ones. So are we allowed to ask, we won't ask what the numbers actually, but have you got anything nice planned some things? I don't know you know because I was a

bit worried about all the coronavirus restrictions so I haven't planned anything I think my wife is up to something because she's not a very good liar and she's been smirking a lot when I've been tried to

question her about what we're doing.

Anyway, I am going to spend the day, hopefully not working too hard

and I'll try and enjoy the weekend.

But thank you very much for remembering that's very sweet.
