My super secret guest co-host is not David Sushay, as many of you suspected it was going

to be.

With all due respect to Sir David, my co-host, I think, brings much more to the table

today than he ever could have because Linda Brobeck is the mother of my dear co-host

Catherine Brobeck, who passed away at the end of last year and who I miss so, so much

and who I wish with every fiber of my being could be here right now, because Curtin

was the one book Catherine shows never to read, given what happens in it.

And I was so looking forward to discussing it with her and getting her unique take on

it.

Linda, I am so thrilled and honored to have you on today.

This is obviously extremely bittersweet, but I think it's also so appropriate to have

you on as a co-host because Justice Curtin ends where it began at Styles.

You could say this podcast is also ending the way it began.

Catherine always talked about how her first exposure to Christie was sitting in your lap

watching, yes, David Sushay, in Ag of the Christie's Poirot.
