I think you have to be open to every idea and starting small is the best way to get in.

Like you said, if somebody wants to get into boutique hotels, for example, maybe you do buy a

vacation rental in a market that's not as regulated.

And you just get the hang of that so that you can make your next step into a boutique hotel.
