Hi there everyone, it's Borklark in New York, an unsolved mystery.

We'll remain unsolved at the U.S. Supreme Court suffering and a historic drop in public

approval and trust has just announced that it failed to learn who's responsible for that

unprecedented leak of the decision overturning Roe vs. Wade last spring.

A dropped opinion which was authored by Justice Samuel Alito would ultimately be the opinion

issued by the court in a highly polarizing decision to remove a constitutional right held

for 50 years in America.

From the New York Times reporting on this developing story, quote, in a 20 page report,

the court's Marshall, responsible for overseeing the inquiry, said that investigators had conducted

126 formal interviews of 97 employees, all of whom had denied being the source of the

leak.

Investigators also found no forensic evidence by examining the court's computer devices,

networks, printers, and available call and text logs.

The report says, watching and post to add this reporting, quote, just as Samuel Alito

said this fall that the leak was a, quote, grave betrayal of trust by somebody and it was

a shock that led to a changed atmosphere at the court and made his colleagues in the

majority, quote, targets for assassination.

The threat to the justices he added was not theoretical because it, quote, gave people

a rational reason to think they could prevent that from happening by killing one of us,

end quote.

But this takes that high in the view of the justices themselves, the threat of assassination.

And the consequences that dire, a, quote, changed atmosphere among the justices themselves.
