Starting with some sad news here.

And by the way, I want to address something.

We did not mention the death of Michelle Tractonberg, who passed away.

And she was omnipresent in a lot of things that I watched growing up.

So that was an oversight, but we did not mention the death.

The Oscars didn't either.

But Angie Stone, somebody who we really know, who was a fixture in music since the late 70s, passed away in a car crash early Saturday morning about 5 a.m. Angie Stone, amazing voice, amazing talent, long career in the business. So rest and peace to Angie Stone.

Yeah, I just want to say Angie Stone and so many others that were so influential in Neo Soul and the rise of that, that was around.

And I know a lot of people can relate to this. Angie Stone for me really represents a coming of age time for me.

High school, I was learning so much about myself. I was starting to get so much more curious.

And part of that was the music that I was starting to listen to. And that included Angie Stone.

I feel like she was part of the soundtrack of my teenage years.

And she just represented so much, not just music, even like the things that she, I mean, the song, Brother alone.

A black woman praising black men, the video, all the cameos that were in it.

If you go back and you listen to the lyrics of the song, just the way that she honored, We joke about gender wars and stuff like that. And it seems sometimes we're so against one another. But then you look at that
