Gary, what's your personal brand and how did you develop it?

That's interesting. I probably developed it by not really thinking about developing it.

For example, when you said what's your personal brand, what translates into my mind is what's your reputation.

I hope at this point is that it's an inspiring entrepreneur who is equal parts sizzle and stake.

That's who I think I am. I think I'm also somebody who's been right historically about a lot of consumer trends.

I think that part of me will develop more over time and people will start getting past the big personality.

That's where I... that's my reputation, aka my personal brand.

So if you're not a marketer and if you're not an entrepreneur, can having a personal brand help you in your career?

Oh sure. I mean, you know, a politician, somebody on the school board trying to raise funds.

We're talking about communication and so we're talking about influence.

We're talking about raising money if you're a non-profit employee and you want to cure cancer, having a personal brand or reputation and putting out content that's consumed on Facebook and Instagram in YouTube,

is really meaningful. So yeah, I actually think this actually matters for every single person on Earth because for example, if you have no ambitions, let's go somewhere weird.

You have zero ambitions of anything. Well something may happen in your life where you lose your cat and you want to find your cat.

And guess what? Having a lot of people knowing who you are can help you find your cat.

So to me, this is about attention and what you do with it and some people want to use it in a narcissistic manner, some people want to change the world and everything in between.

And that's why I think it's important.

But you have been an entrepreneur for a long time.

So what have you learned in terms of business and partnerships over these years?

That if you give more than you take in this short term, you'll win in the end.

I'm a very big believer in something I call 51.49. You know, we have a luxury of working together.

I have, you know, there's a lot of people here to see me. There's people that I know and do business with.
