When are you going to finally talk to Dr. Andrew Kaufman?

And so because we are just, as I said, firing and shooting from the hip here, what is your

background that makes your voice important enough that so many people are requesting

you?

So just give me a little history of where you come from and what your education and specialty

is.

Sure.

Well, I studied biology at MIT as an undergraduate where I first learned about research.

I worked at a couple of different biotech companies.

I was a physician assistant and I worked in cancer medicine, mostly in hematology.

And then I went to medical school and did my psychiatry residency at Duke and then subspecialized

in forensic psychiatry in upstate medical university in Syracuse, New York.

And I joined the faculty there and was on the faculty for several years.

And I conducted research that was published in peer review journals.

I helped leadership positions at the university and in my professional organizations.

And I even had a biotech company where I invented a medical device and tried to make that a

commercial success.
