We're excited to bring you this one because this is a person who's a lot more

about this than we do.

Yeah, so today we have my friend, Dr Nick, if you want to call him that, but what we call

him is the fittest doc, that's what his name is on on Instagram, at the

fittest doc spelled just like that, D.O.C. at the end. It was a really good conversation.

We talked a lot about, you know, the coronavirus and everything that's kind of going on, but what was really fun

was we were able to talk about you know the

seriousness of this but then also kind of sprinkle in you know the things that are

important to us which is fitness and training and stuff like that and and what

this what this means for us right now I think it's

important to to say when we did record the audio for this it was Friday last Friday

yeah so yeah the Friday before you guys are listening to this.
