0:27.9	A lot to get to, a really busy day. I actually want to start with a quick couple of questions on foreign
0:33.1	policy. And Joe Biden came out and did an interview yesterday. He said that the famous Zelensky
0:39.5	Oval Office confrontation was, quote, beneath America. What would you say to the former president?
0:46.4	Well, I think it's rich for Joe Biden to comment on anything that we're doing when it comes to Russia and
0:50.6	Ukraine because, of course, under Biden's administration, Russia launched the full-scale
0:54.4	invasion of Ukraine. And if we wanted to take advice from anybody on foreign policy, especially
0:58.9	foreign policy in Europe, it would not be Joe Biden. So I wish Joe Biden the best. I don't really
1:04.6	care what he has to say about American foreign policy because so much of what he actually did
1:08.5	was a total disaster. If we just did the opposite of what Joe Biden did,
1:12.3	I think we'd have one of the most successful foreign policy administrations in a very long time.
1:15.9	So he can spend his time on the beach or doing whatever Joe Biden does.
1:19.6	We'll continue trying to fix the problems that he created.
1:22.1	So sticking with Russia and Ukraine, yesterday you spoke with the Munich Security Conference here in D.C. You said that Russia is
1:30.1	essentially asking for too much in a deal to settle the war with Ukraine. So what do we do now?
1:38.0	Do we walk away from this situation? Or is it time to ramp up our military support for Ukraine?
1:44.9	Well, we'll see what happens, of course. But look, we knew that Russia would ask for too much
1:48.8	because the Russian perception of the war is on the ground. They're winning. And of course,
1:53.2	the Ukrainians would like to do a ceasefire in part because things have not been going
1:57.1	so well for the Ukrainians the last few months. And our attitude is we don't want Ukraine to collapse.
