His background is as a structural engineer and currently owns properties in New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Reed moved to the U.S. in 2012 to pursue a career in structural engineering, however he discovered a passion for real estate investing. With limited funds and no credit, Reed went from purchasing a small duplex to growing his own real estate investing firm, RSN Property Group. 0:38.8	At least he didn't see himself wanting to do that for the rest of his life. So he made the decision to jump into real estate investing here in the United States
0:47.0	and started off with a property in New York and build it up to the point where he's now doing
0:52.0	multi-100 unit property syndications. So this is his
0:56.4	journey to the US and how he got started and what he's looking for and where he's investing. So really what I want you to take away are some of the key concepts and nuggets that he shares with us today.
