Today, Sasha shares an Angel story that involves her grandmother sending her messages. We say a beautiful prayer for Sasha's mother who is hoping to get a lung transplant soon. In the last half of the episode, Sasha and I discuss a deep question that has been weighing on my mind since this past Fourth of July. Friends, I am learning and I am far from perfect. 0:21.2	to be asking another deep question to go a little deeper.
0:24.4	Here's what I want you to know. I am a human being friends and within my
0:29.8	humanity I am learning and growing.
0:33.0	What I know for sure in this world is that if any teacher, life coach, spiritual person that I come in contact with tells me that they are perfect.
0:46.1	I am walking in the other direction and here's why.
0:49.6	What I know for sure is that we all have an egoic mind and we can do our work to bring that
0:57.0	egoic mind down from let's say thinking from it 100% to thinking from it from 1% or even lower. But as long as we are
1:09.0	here in this place of duality that is earth we always will have that egoic mind and what
1:17.9	does that mean that all of us no matter who we are kings, queens, presidents, CEOs, anybody who works with other people.
1:28.4	If you're not doing work on yourself to keep that egoic mind down, then you're not doing your work and that
1:38.8	egoic mind within any person, even if they've done their work, it can creep back up higher and higher and higher.
1:46.6	So I hope in this podcast as I ask questions that are sometimes going to come across as ignorant that are going to be wrong and show my white fragility.
