Hello from New York, I'm Chuck Todd cast. So yesterday was Super Tuesday. And while we're still counting the numbers, we learned a few things.

Trump won all but one contest. He because he is dominating with actual Republicans.

For example, in Virginia, Trump won 79% of self-described Republican voters.

They made up 60% of the electorate.

A little bit of algebra you got to do there, but you get my point.

He's winning large majorities of

Republicans in Republican primaries.

Mickey Haley got 19% of Republicans in Virginia yes she ended up with 35% overall, but her vote total among Republicans,

19% go through all the SEC primary states. Texas and Arkansas and Oklahoma and Tennessee.

She barely cracked, I don't know if she cracked 20 in any of them,

maybe won, she ended up cracking 20.

That's the heart and soul of today's Republican Party and she wasn't winning Republicans.

So in meanwhile, second thing we've learned, Virginia North Carolina, California, about a third of primary

voters answered no and asked if they will vote for the GOP nominee regardless of who it is.

I think a major question we all need to be asking ourselves, were any Mickey Haley voters in Super Tuesday, actually Donald Trump voters in 2020.

I have my doubts and we will get into this.
