Several studies were published within the last couple of years, clearly showing that regular

regularly long-term felt better a year later than the one that's taking meds.

Being someone who's been prescribed anti-depressant medication by my doctor to help me sleep

in the past, I can tell you that I'm a heck of a lot happier when I'm exercising than

when I'm just meditating.

I think that most of us have that experience.

I do believe that just about every ailment that we have out there can be cured or reversed

with little hacks and adjustments and tweaks to diet and exercise, because both of those
