When I walk into the ring I put my gloves on to win a fight and

put someone and get punched back. I mean you can't be right in the head to do that

you know?

Look I might not be the most talented fighter but I know one thing I work harder than my opponent.

So that being calm, if you know how to control the nerve in any sport, you can be the best thing you can get for.

All that training you've done, I sweat for it, I bleed for it, I get pushed in the face for it. I mean you go to war basically.

One little mistake you can get hurt badly.

I lost a lot of friends because I lost a fight.

I've probably brought the best thing for me is to leave stop boxing

but I didn't do that.

What kept me going on my fans are people who support me. I've always

had that respect in Britain and me being a Muslim has never really mattered.

And I want young kids to follow my footsteps

doing positive things representing the country.
