2:40.6 | for lawns that are deteriorating and houses that are falling apart. And, you know, maybe that person is |
2:46.1 | either a landlord that's not taking care of the unit or maybe they're an owner and they can't |
2:50.5 | afford to take care of the unit. And then you an owner and they can't afford to take care of the |
2:51.4 | unit and then you can offer them a price right well how about the first deal you found which was the |
2:57.1 | lady um i think um she inherited the property that was the second one yeah she inherited the property |
