From American Idol contestant, Caleb Flynn is now facing aggravated murder charges in the killing of his wife, not just murder, but the most serious charge on the board.

And remember how this started on a 911 call where he proclaimed, somebody broke into my home and shot my wife but now prosecutors are

saying there was no intruder there was possible staging and even witness intimidation after the

murder so is this guy already done before we ever get cracking on this case.

Tell you what, there have been some weird cases.

I did a whole story on this about game shows, more traditional game shows and killers that

came from game shows.

I don't know what it is.

American Idol, obviously, one of America's best known reality shows.

And this guy, Caleb Flynn, was a one-time contestant.

He was a man who stood on a national stage.

And now he's accused of killing his wife.

He says he didn't do it.

But police are saying he likely staged the scene and even tried to intimidate witnesses.
