Another early Christmas present? You know, if you want to run the country, don't be lazy.

Barack Obama was very lazy. How do I know this? Because in less than three years, the 45th President of the United States has now arrived at a place where one in every four circuit court judges are appointed by Donald Trump.

One in four. Why? Because Barack Obama couldn't be bothered to. We just flipped last week the ninth circuit in California, otherwise known as the ninth circus.

The ninth, the most liberal, the most crazy is now more conservative, more originalist than it is liberal. This is from MSN.com, Colby Itkowitz. Trump nominees make up one in four US circuit court judges.

Two of his picks sit on the Supreme Court and this last week as the House voted to impeach the President, the Republican-led Senate confirmed an additional 13 district court judges.

You know, I have issues with Mitch McConnell because he hasn't supported the President across the board on all the make America great again issues that deserve the support of the GOP and the Senate, but there is one thing that is indisputable.

Mitch made a decision three years ago before he retired, he wants to be known for having one legacy above all else and that's turning the tide in our activist judges and making sure that our courts are people with people who respect the Constitution and don't make laws up as they go log.

And in that Mitch McConnell, you have succeeded. So little two finger clap there for Mitch. It's more important than that. It is vouchsafing our future in the legal system for decades to come. Not just the Supreme Court but federal government as well.
