Hi Emily, thanks so much for having me.

Yeah, and maybe we'll just start by having you tell us

a little bit about your background.

I think it's your first time on the show.

So just let us know how you ended up at Sophia

and how you ended up writing this book.

Sure, so I like to say that I started writing this book really in college.
