So the question was about are there any groups that you know of nationally that are kind

0:10.7

of thinking through unity and actually helping to stand for truth, educate people, bring

0:16.8

them together fully and wholly under the banner of justice and Jesus.

0:23.2

Yeah, I think I love talking about Pensacola because we have this organization in Pensacola

0:28.2

called Jess Pensacola. That has been so transformative for me to be a part of. It's faith communities

0:34.7

coming together to hold the government and government officials both elected and appointed

0:40.7

accountable for Shalom and flourishing and wholeness within the local community. And every

0:47.4

year they have what's called a solemn assembly where they both, they lament the history of

0:52.8

injustice in the city. They celebrate the work of those who are doing justice on the ground.

0:59.6

And then they also come together with actions that actually end statements and live right in front

1:07.4

of, you know, whoever comes, which I think this year was like close to 500, 600 people.

1:14.1

Whoever comes, they hold the elected officials accountable to whether or not those who show up,

1:25.1

there's opportunities to come together under that. I think one of the things that I've realized is

1:32.4

there are some people that are coming into understanding. And there are some people that I can help

1:39.9

to take another step. And then there are some people that are best helped if I pray for them from a far

1:48.1

and coalesce the work with the people who are enthusiastic. And I think the big, the big issue is I

1:55.4

think we, we exert energy over people who are not willing to be sensitive and humble enough

2:02.1

to realize that the spirit is at work in expressions that don't line up with their experience.

2:10.1

And it's my heart to work with enthusiastic people. And that's not to say we leave those people

2:16.4

to the side, but it's my heart that in the modeling of an enthusiastic witness for truth and justice

2:25.4

that people will, that will be its own conviction to people. And also a challenge for them.
