Hey, it's Josh. It a few years ago, actually many years ago, I was deeply struggling with anxiety and depression. And let's be honest, I think we all struggle with anxiety a lot in this life. We have calendars and notifications and people and things and places and all kinds of stuff that is gnawing at our attention. How do we manage? Maybe you're doing cold plunge,

maybe you're doing breath work. But it wasn't until I found this one specific thing that we're

going to go deep into today that really changed the landscape of my life. No exaggeration.

When I put this one thing into place, it changed the game for me forever. Now, all of us, most of us have a phone.

Yes, most of us have a computer. Most of us are on digital devices all day long. But here's the thing.

Those devices are actually a double-edged sword. Those devices are both reaping our attention

and monetizing it. And also, paradoxically, there are a way that we can use this device to save us time so we can actually master our attention game.

What exactly happened for me is that I was starting out as an entrepreneur. I had had all these calendar appointments. I was doing everything for business. I was putting all my

business calls, all my appointments, revenue, et cetera, et cetera. I was putting all my life into my

calendar, except for the most important part. My life. I wasn't putting my life, my free time,

my self-care, my self-love habits, I wasn't putting them in my

calendar. And this is the one thing that's yet simple. So when you hear this, you might be like,

in your calendar. I actually use color codes. So I have red and green for my business,
